Maybe your student would enjoy free online courses from MIT Open
Courseware, such as
Law for the Entrepreneur and Manager  or
Medieval Economic History in Comparative Perspective? They offer
many other free business and management courses, too.

Your students may want to major in Entrepreneurship in college!  Have
them look for programs such as these:
Bachelor of Science in
Management -- Entrepreneurship from Berkeley College (online degree
available)  or a
Master's of Science in Entrepreneurship from the
University of Florida.  Many other colleges offer entrepreneurship courses
within their business departments, such as this

Legalities

Teen Workers -- from the US OSHA, regulations and restrictions for teen
workers (14 - 18), includes listing of hazardous jobs that 14-15 year olds
may not be hired for, also lists hazardous jobs where, under certain
circumstances, an internship is possible (such as wood-working)

Youth Rules! -- from the US Department of Labor, lists what types of jobs
children and teens can do, and what hours they may work, note that in
many states, homeschoolers are exempted from the "school hours"
restrictions and may legally work during typical school hours
